Location: Esplanade Park, Singapore.
After visiting the Istana, we parked our car at the Raffles City shopping centre and walked to the Esplanade Park to visit the Singapore River Hongbao 2008 festival.
It was very crowded there, but nevertheless Inka and Irza were having a great time at the Uncle Ringo makeshift amusement park there, despite only taking two rides since the rides are sooo damn expensive. We also managed to catch the fireworks display before going back home, tired and sleepy.

| | On Tuesday night, 30 October 2007, we had dinner at Al-Azhar eating house in Bukit Timah. Irza had his favourite cheese prata while we had steamed cockles, spicy fish fillet and bean curd hotplate for dinner.
After dinner, we found out that our stomaches are all full. So we decided to go to the city centre and had a night walk around Esplanade and Merlion Park. Inka and Irza really had a great time since we seldom did that. We also took pictures like tourists.
Singapore CBD's night view with all the lights is simply spectacular. Unfortunately, I don't have experience in taking night shots so the pictures are a bit blur. Perhaps anyone can advise what's the best settings for night shots? I used manual settings with high ISO and without flashlight. Still, the pictures are blur...
